DSA_6970.JPG - Most of the old city of Québec is on top of the cliffs overlooking the St. Lawrence river. This is the Funiculaire de Vieux Québec, which leads from the top of the cliffs down to la rue du Petit Champlain and the area between the old city and the waterfront. For a couple of dollars you can avoid a lot of stairs ... sometimes we took this and sometimes the stairs.
